1. Pretreatment of welding position: before welding, the welding position shall be cleaned to remove adhered impurities and oxidized skin.
2. Welding viewpoint design: for welding with viewpoint, the viewpoint and reserved amount shall be set accordingly to avoid affecting the welding effect.
3. Orientation calibration: because the welding process involves pressurization and other operations, the displacement occurs at all times. Maintaining a stable and correct orientation will directly affect the application after welding.
4. Pressure maintaining time: engineering plastics have a certain time from melting to curing. Appropriate pressure maintaining time shall be set according to different raw materials, thickness and other conditions to avoid adverse welding effects.
5. Melting temperature control: because the melting points of different materials are different, the lack of molten materials will occur when the temperature is too low, and excessive reactions will occur when the temperature is too high. Therefore, it is necessary to select the relative melting temperature according to the corresponding materials.
